This monring was even chiller then yesterday! It took several cups of hot tea this morning..
This was my day to stay at home and get some things done..I got a few things done..a couple loads of laundry washed and hung, the kitchen and bedroom cleaned and the livingroom dusted. worked a bit more on a couple of gifts for Christmas and wrote a few notes.
Chris and I had some work to do in South Boston Va near dinner time. Anytime we have to go to South Boston ( about an hour drive) we try to make it at meal time so we can eat our favorite fast food
This is one of our exceptions to fast food joints... we love it! I don't think we could eat it all the time, but once and awhile its a great treat!
I finished up another book in the China Bayles Series
This is my favorite so far with some great history on the Galveston Hurricane of 1900. I am now on the hunt for a few great books to read on teh subject. The author of Widow's Tears, Susan Whittig Albert sent me a couple of suggestions ( I love facebook) and I have a hold on one of them at our library.
We are tucked in for the night now, tomorrow will be an emotional day for me I feel, lots of ups and downs as I go spend time and help as I can with my friend Becky I know she would do so, if not for me if the tables were turned.
Pray for each other... and have a fine day... all day long
