Busy Busy
I could not get Lucky to look at the camera yesterday for nothin'! There were a couple of lady llamas that were much more exciting then the human with the camera..My friend Jeanette has a beautiful little farmette about 6 miles from our place and I get to spend a couple of hours there every Wed for our Beth Moore Bible Study...I always take a moment and pet the llamas on the way out..They are the cutest creatures..Think I can talk Big C into one???? Probably not he could hardly take the goats...A llama would send him over the top...
...Last night was a drive to the big towne of Cary to take C & his bud to Networks basketball..they are so funny..
..Today I had the most wonderful time teaching a basket class to some homeschoolers I was able to meet a new friend...Doreen and her children treated me to a Reuben sandwich at the local Italian restaurant...a few quick errands and then home to get ready for Big C to come home..and what was waiting for me ??????
MY 73 SKEINS OF YARN FROM AMAZON!! Whoo Hoo... I am still fondling each skein and finding a place for it...I have all the yarn I think I need for the giant ripple and worked a few rows this evening... I also am working on a couple of squares for a comfortghan for a wounded soldier..should be a quick project..
...We got a call from Josh enjoying Camp Shelby...apparently riding around for hte day in a tank is his cup of tea...
...Christopher has added jogging to his list of work outs every day... from our house to the main road is a mile... on a slope... so the mile up is a bogger bear... much easier for the down slope home...
..Freeze warns are up for the next couple of days... I am so glad only the onions are in the ground We have a busy busy weekend ahead of us...
So... bundle up.. and have a fine day..all day long
You could really use an Alpaca, tell Big C that you are going to start spinning your own yarn from their fur. That should do the trick.
